Transfer Ownership 

Transfer Ownership allows you to reassign all other CRM user records to another user.

How to Transfer ownership?

 
Let us take the example of the Contacts Module 


To begin creating please follow the steps given below:


  1. Login as an Admin User
  2. Go to Main Menu > Marketing > Contacts Module
  3. Select the records by clicking on the checkbox from the Contacts Listview
  4. Next to Transfer the records to another user click on "More action" and select "Transfer Ownership"



  5. In the Transfer Ownership popup, select the Modules from the drop-down list
  6. Next click on the "Assigned To field' and select the individual users or a group of users from the drop-down menu


  7. Finally, click on the Save button



What is the difference between “Assigned To” and “Transfer ownership”?

   

1. Assigned to field allows you to assign a record, either to an individual user or a group of users in any Module.

2. Transfer of Ownership is basically a tool that allows you to reassign Ownership in bulk.
