Custom Dashboard 

A dashboard helps you with a quick summary of your key business metrics. It brings up all the sales pipelines and supports backlog charts all in one place.

 How to create a Dashboard?

You can create Dashboards to get an overview of your business activities like Lead Status, Activity Status, Overdue activities, and so on depending upon your business requirement.


To create a dashboard follow the steps given below: 

  1. Go to main menu > Dashboard.



  2. Click on "More" on the top right corner of the page and select "Add new dashboard".



  3. In the popup "Add Dashboard" provide the name of the Dashboard.


  4. Click save button


How to Add Widgets in the dashboard?


The Dashboard Widgets allow the user to display the most operational relevant information at all times.


To add the Widgets in the Dashboard follow the steps given below:

  1. Click on Add Widgets on the right side of the page.
  2. You can view a couple of default widgets and select from the drop-down.




  3. The following information is the summary of all of the Widgets.
Widgets Description
History  History Widget displays the operation performed on records example like Create, Edit, Delete, Add Comments. It helps you to follow the changes made on records.
Upcoming Activities It helps you to show all the future lists of scheduled Events and Tasks. 
Funnel It shows the number of Opportunities in each sales stage 
Opportunities by Stage It is a graphical representation that allows you to display the Opportunities records according to the sales stage of each sales rep.
Sales Pipeline It allows you to display the action of the salesperson that how many deals have been expected to close
Total Revenue It displays and compares the revenue of each sales rep in the form of a pie diagram.
Top Opportunities  It shows the list of Opportunity records and returns in detail.
Leads by Status It shows the number of leads in each sales stage in a graphical representation.
Leads by source It displays the number of leads by source example Website, Justdial, Facebook, and so on in a graphical representation.
Leads by Industry It displays the leads according to the industry which they involve in example Banking, Communication, Education, Electronics, and so on in a graphical representation.
Overdue Activities It displays the list of incomplete Events and tasks.
Tickets by Status It displays the list of Tickets by status from open ticket to closed ticket in a graphical representation.
Open Tickets  It displays the number of Open Tickets which is assigned to the sales rep.
Key metrics It displays a custom list which is marked as a list of metrics that will be listed under the Key metrics Widget.
Tag Cloud  It displays all the Tags, you can click on a particular tag to view the relevant records under Tag Cloud Widget.
Total Amount by Sales Stage It displays the Total Amount by Sales Stage example Scheduling appointments, Demonstration, Negotiation, Closed Won, Closed Lost, and so on.
Mini List It displays the filtered list of the CRM records from a specified Module example "Contacts from Justdial", a list filter of the Contacts Module.
NoteBook NoteBook Widget allows you to write and save quick notes on the homepage.
