Calendar Settings 

Calendar Settings allows you to set various settings such as Default Calendar View, Timezone, Date Format. Default Call Type etc..

 

How to change Calendar Settings? 

  1. Go to the "Contact icon" on the top right corner of the page and click on My Preferences.
  2. Under the "My preference" section select "Calendar Settings".



  3. In the Calendar Settings page, click on the "Edit" button to customize your Calendar Settings.



First Name Description
Starting Date of the Week You can set up your starting date of the week (Monday-Sunday) which will be visible in the Calendar View
Date Format You can select the preferred date format such as (dd-mm-yyyy, mm-dd-yyyy, yyyy-mm-dd)


Time Zone You can select your Timezone of your region from the drop-down
Default Call Duration (Mins) Select between a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 120 minutes from the dropdown to automatically update End Date and Time for calls activities on Event creation, So you no need to enter End Date and Time manually
Default Event Status

Select the Default Event Status from the drop-down list (Planned/Held/Not Held), while creating an Event this status will be selected by default


Popup Reminder Interval

You can set up a time interval for the event reminder popup, which will allow you to set the reminders to be shown before the event. For example, if you set the Popup Reminder Interval to 1 hour, it will notify you about all your events 1 hour before.



Default MyCalendar View Select the preferred Default Calendar View in the events module such as ListView, My Calendar, and Shared Calendar. 
Day Starts At

You can set up your Login time or working start time of the day


Calendar Hour Format

You can prefer the Calendar Hour Format either by selecting 12 hours or 24-hour time format

Other Event Duration (Mins) You can select a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 120 minutes from the dropdown to automatically update End Date and Time for all events except calls activities, So you no need to enter End Date and Time manually
Default Activity Type

Select the Default Activity Type from the drop-down list (Call/Meeting/Mobile call), while creating an Event this Activity Type will be selected by default


Hide Completed Calendar Events
If selected completed Events and Tasks will be hidden from your Calendar View and also from Activities widget in the Summary view
