Modules is an entity such as Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, etc. Modules that contain different tools like Marketing, Sales, Support, Inventory, Projects, Calendar, Reports, and so on.
How to configure Module settings?
To configure Module Settings follow the steps given below:
- Go to CRM settings > Module management > Modules.
- Click on "Settings" which can be configured in Module Management.

Setup Webforms | It helps you to create a new Webform |
Lead Conversion Data Mapping | It helps you to map the fields before converting the Leads |
Opportunity to Project Mapping | It helps you to map Standard fields and Custom fields of Opportunity to Project |
How to Deactivate a Module?
Module Management shows the list of Modules, you can deactivate the modules by clicking on the checkbox which doesn't meet your business requirement. When the module is deactivated it will not be available to the users to use across the CRM account.
- Click on the checkbox to deactivate the module.
- You can enable the module by click on the checkbox.
