Click to call is a feature that allows the user to call the customers directly from the CRM. It is represented by the Dialer icon in the Mobile fields.
How to set up click-to-call?
Please follow the steps given below:
- Login as an Admin user
- Go to the Main menu > Marketing > Contacts.
- The contact Listview page appears > click on the "Dialer icon" to initiate the call
- Once the call is initiated, first the call lands on the Telecaller phone.
- Once the Telecaller receives it, the call gets connected to the customer's mobile number.
- Next when the call is completed the Telecaller will get the call disposition form on the screen.
Note! The Dialer icon appears only when the call integration is with any Telecommunication operator. Such as My operator, Twilio, Vivia Communication, etc.
